1: The foundation issues a 10% tax on mining and missions to all its members, the money and ore gathered from tax will be used to help fund the foundation and its operations
-mission tax is taken out or your reward and bonus automatically but the mining tax must be taken out yourself at end of each mining session the 10% of ore is to be deposited within the mining hanger.

2: All members have the right to request any item or ship they may see within the storage and dry dock hangers.
-all request must be sent to a commanding officer who has access to such hangers, no items gained from such actions are only to be used for personal reasons (no selling and no trading the items to other players outside the foundation)

3: Can theft is to be dealt with caution. if someone has intentional stole your ore please take down there name and get in touch with the highest ranking member of our military and give the info of thief's name, ship type and location and if any it seems he is flying with any one else if the officer deems it worth while the military will be deployed to tackle the thief.
NEVER TRY TO TAKE THE ORE BACK OR FIGHT THE THIEF ! THIS IS A TRAP AND YOU POSSIBLE WILL LOOSE YOUR SHIP

4: When in a fleet obey all orders of the fleet commander do not disobey as this could put your ship your pod and even the rest of the fleet at risk.

5: All wreckage and loot collected from a Foundation involved battle will belong to the Foundation and used to help replace any ships lost (this will keep out loses to minimum as we are using there deaths to fund our new life)
